School Resource Officers Build Relationships with Mount Vernon Youth

Our School Resource Officers are actively building healthy relationships with the students with in intent to bridge the gap between officers and teens. On Tuesday January 16th, SRO Johnson, SRO Jones and SRO Henry mentored the GEM girls at Graham School. During their session, the students were asked to make a collage of quotes. The students were able to read, analyze and relate to some of the inspirational quotes that were provided to them. Students created their collages with hearts around some of their favorite quotes.
