Special Board of Estimate and Contract Meeting — February 5, 2019

1. WALLACE/REYNOLDS TRANSFERS FUNDS — Wallace/Reynolds’ budget takes $3 million from Employee Health and Benefits to reduce their false tax rate. With this reckless move, how do we know that employee health benefits will not run out of money in October 2019? Then what?

2. WALLACE/REYNOLDS TAKES PEOPLE JOBS — Wallace/Reynolds’ budget eliminates six people in critical positions, violating State Supreme Court Orders.

3. WALLACE/REYNOLDS GIVES RELATIVES RAISES — Wallace/Reynolds’ budget gives Reynolds’ daughter’s baby’s daddy a $50,000 raise.
